Q) Do you accept other currencies than USD?
All our prices are in USD. Your Credit Card or Paypal account will automatically charge you in USD.
Q) Do you ship to any country free of charge?
Yes, all our product prices include world-wide shipping cost coverage.
Q) Does you offer tracking numbers so I can track and trace my order?
Yes. A tracking number and an explanation how to track your order will be sent to your email address
Q) How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Please refer to the size charts and measuring guide found in the bottom of the website.
Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
Average shipping time is 2 weeks to EU and USA, 1 week to Asia and Australia.
Q) I want to sell your products in my store.
We welcome all retailers! Please select the Wholesale option when signing up for an account.
Q) My dog fits a certain size from another brand, surely I do not need to measure again?
Dog clothing differs greatly in sizing, we highly recommend you refer to our size charts first.
Q) The item is out of stock, can I make a back-order?
Generally it is not possible to make a back-order, but please contact us for more information.
Q) What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Paypal and Bank Transfers. However we strongly advice to use Paypal only.
